The Melbury Clinic is an oasis of calm, professionalism, and kindness. From first telephone contact to final discharge one is met by staff , whether admin., nursing or medical, who enjoy caring for one and who wish to make one's time at the clinic as agreeable as possible. The provision of information is excellent in both written and spoken form so that one is really well informed as to what to expect at every stage of consultation and procedure. I worked in the Melbury clinic for over 1 year as a consultant vascular surgeon and vein specialist. The clinic is spotlessly clean, is well run, has excellent governance and was a pleasure to work in. My decision to leave the NHS and move abroad was made much more difficult because of how much I enjoyed my time working in the Melbury Clinic. I have no reservations at all reccomending it as a facility.

The administration staff were both friendly and professional and always did their best to fit my appointments around work . Totally professional and clean environment where you are made to feel very welcome by all staff from the very first time you arrive. The difference between the Melbury Clinic and a traditional hospital lies in this friendly atmosphere where you feel able to voice any concerns and be listened to and have confidence in the smooth running of your treatment. I have always received timely and informative letters before and after treatment and my varicose vein treatment on site was comfortable and stress-free. I would recommend without hesitation.
